An FYI - got through the grind last night and hit level 25, currently the max Monstrology level and now possible to reach with rank 19 Creatures in game. The title/badge is Exalted Monstrologist.
Done by using a triple + double animus elixir at same time and farming Hangriest Gobbler in Gumdrop Forest
