Cannot get into Triton Avenue

I have the guest for triton avenue but as the screenshoot shows I cannot get into triton avenue. Is there anything I can do or should I just let my wizard sit for years

I think you're going to need to go back to either Merle Ambrose or someone in his Office or the Commons for the new beginning quest line. They added lots of new stuff for baby wizards to do before heading into the three streets.

check your other quests, normally you need to pass some of them before the gates open.

Try do end all the quests in unicorn way, and see if you need to talk to merle Ambrose again. One of the guards in olde town should also be involved before you can move forward. They were moved here and there with the various updates, so see if there is one of them that still has an exclamation mark on their head somewhere.

Yes and the ones it shows are side quest. Like talk to the duelmaster

I would suggest doing whatever side quests you can find.

I may have mis-read your original post -- is this a brand new wizard, or one that was created prior to the revamp to the starting quests?

If the wizard was created prior to all the changes, and doing whatever side quests you can find doesn't finally open Triton Avenue for you, you may need to contact Support for assistance. Do you see Abby K. Doodle in Merle's office? She's a new NPC that was added.

I believe new wizards now need to talk to Mr. Lincoln and their Ravenwood Teacher before heading into Olde Town, so maybe one of the side quests will prompt you to talk the to right NPC to get back on the new storyline track.

I have done all that. You have always had to talk to the teachers in Ravenwood
