You should've received an email around Nov. 9th regarding them sending out reward tiers over the next few days to those that reply back with what tier they earned. I know I received an email from
[email protected], so you may want to contact that instead of their support email. Don't forget to check your Spam as well, just in case
Keep in mind they're probably still sending out rewards to folks and verifying their tier/emails. @
Sparck was the one who replied back to me with my specific reward code once he validated that the email was correct and that I achieved the specified reward tier.
