I'd support school-exclusive perks if they weren't so poorly balanced.
Fire getting 25% bonus DOT damage AND 15% pierce is ridiculous. DOTs are already good at breaking shields, and then you do that to them?
Storm seems like a strong buff, but only if they keep critting. Does it apply to crits that are blocked too?
Life seems like they're be incredibly frustrating to play against in PvP. Every Leprechaun now has an 800 absorb stapled to it? Ugh.
As if Ice doesn't have enough health and resist already. Ugh.
Balance seems kinda meh. +1 pip isn't likely to be nearly as overpowered as the above stuff.
So in PvP Myth just gets +35% damage to everything. Yeah that's not way too strong.
I see you just decided to give Death something entirely useless. Everyone else gets something broken (except for maybe balance) and death gets cruddy overheal which will be useless in almost every encounter.
Interesting concept, hard pass on the implementation.
