Is Grub Guardian down?

Having trouble in both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. After successfully finishing a game and receiving a score once I click the next button to receive a prize I receive the following message, "An Error has occurred."

Yup, I think it is down and has been for a while. @Caspeen has known of the outage for quite a while now. Its disappointing that a game that many of us have paid part of for, does not work...

Its one of those things where the company would have benefited from simply letting it be. Doing something ended up ruining it all for everybody but if people simply didn't do anything about this mobile game, everybody would have benefited. That's nothing more than bad business decisions

EDIT: It could be that the rewards for the areas that people paid for via crowns like Energy potions, Gold potions, 7-Day Mounts. The company could make more money by simply having players pay for the same items they would win from one single area that is bought by a relatively low amount of crowns. The frequency at which a player gets these rewards is making people think to simply buy that area in Grub Guardian as opposed to buying those same rewards for greater amount of crowns than the area, straight from the crowns shop. So its such that Kingsisle is losing a possible revenue with Grub Guardian still around, which is likely why the game was thrown under the bus unlike some other mobile games as this company is all about the money aspect of players rather than the players general enjoyment.

They've kinda just left GG in limbo. The mobile version isn't working anymore either.

Kinda irritated honestly, but I'll be generous and say that they are probably crunching to try and get Karamelle out the door and don't have time to address GG until after this month. Doesn't excuse the fact that it isn't working, but these malfunctions are what most people expect at this point.

I'm kinda feeling that too, complaints and malfunctions is becoming a new normal. I feel like it was a lot more of a "go with the flow" kind of deal a couple of years back.........

i am using different browser call Maxthon 6 its beta verison works really well with Grub Guardian
