I only know of deer knight and reindeer knight. I don't think there is a fire deer knight. The closest thing to it that I can think of is Krampus, and you can get that one from Loremaster (only during Christmas events) or craft it.

there was supposed to be three additional versions of the deer knight. the ice one is reindeer knight and i am not surprised of the fire version. do not know how many were planned.
