I bought the wrong membership

Silly question but what are the odds that Kingsisle will change the membership for P101 that I mistakenly bought to a W101 one? On the account I bought the member on, I've never played P101 and in life in general I haven't played P101 in well over a couple of years. I never really got into the game.

I didn't realize I had even made the mistake until I logged on and it wasn't showing my membership.

I emailed support but am just looking to see if someone has had a similar experience and how theirs ended.

If you use the same account for both games, it doesn't matter which game is played.

If this continues to be a problem, contact support and ask @Sprack or @Dworgyn with your issue. They might be able to reallocate your membership status.

I personally have not had this experience, but I've read posts about other people in similar situations, and KI changed the membership for them. Best of luck!

My husband did this once and they would not change it for us. It end up being a huge mess! The best thing I would suggest is to contact them and just politely ask. I hope it will work out better for you then it did for me.

I forget what I had a few years ago, but if you go into the wizard101 website and search for the CONTACT SUPPORT tab.
@Dworgyn helped me after about 3 days with the issue I had and then everything was fine.

It might seem like a pain, but he was gracious enough to patiently deal with the problem.

I would suggest doing the same, and don't forget to write down the ticket number.

Thank you! I only bought it for one month, so it won't be the worst thing in the world, just disappointing if it doesn't happen. I'm just hoping that since I never play P101, it would be more understandable for them to just change it to a W101 membership.

I haven't seen Tom here as Dworgyn in a long, long time - since he went off to work on the mobile games side. @Sparck is the new community manager, and should be the one you contact.

Since this issue involves your private Account with KI, I don't expect that @Sparck will reply on this public Central Forum. I know that you said you sent an e-mail. You might want to send a "private message" directly to Sparck on the Central website here. Sparck has suggested in the past that, in addition to the e-mail at [email protected], he does receeive "private messages" here on Central too.
