Hello,

I have 2 wizards whose housing has totally glitched out and was wondering if anyone else had this issue and was able to resolve it.

One of my death wizards is unable to get into their house, and an Ice cannot get into 2 of their houses. I can port into the houses but nothing loads once there, not even crates appear and than I get sent back to where I ported from with a message that the house has been sold. I have not sold them. I cannot sell them either as 'there are items in this house'

Sometimes the houses do not even show up on my housing list. It acts like I can add them to tours, but they never actually get added. The shared bank cannot scan any of the houses of those two including non glitching houses and backpack buttler does not work for them.

I have these same houses on other wizards without any issues. Also have been having no internet issues at all either.

Yes, I have emailed KI. Yes, they have responded. No, they have not been able to help.

can your friends visit your houses? And if so, do they see them glitched or as it should be?

What was the last thing you did when you could access your houses normally?

Have you glitch-decorated them at all? (that is, used glitches to place items where they should not be)

When did this bug start?

Do you know (roughly) how many items you had in each house?

It's a second or two. I can't even make it to the castle door before I get kicked.

I just ran around it. I have no gardens in either house and would use them to just hand out with friends.

Ohhhhh yeah. At least half the items are glitched into place. Mostly within house boundaries though.

When did this bug start?
Not sure... I am sure I could go into the house last year. Sometime. I hadn't been in the houses for a long time. ^~^;

It was at the old item cap a few years back. Like 250-300? No castle magic either.

right, so probably the glitching may be the reason why your houses went crazy (you put something where it shouldn't be, then updates passed, then time past, and somehow the server doesn't recognize the now irregular data from the combination of the three and supposes it's corrupted).

I was hoping you could pick up everything in attic and that that would remove the issue; problem is that with 250 items in house, the attic will overflow, and you don't seem to have enough time to do all the required clicking.

The best solution I see here is to ask support to reset your houses, that is, remove all items and maybe force them either in a backpack or attic, bank/shared bank or a combination of these.

It definitely can be done, but not sure what the result will be. You may lose some items. And it requires a bit of work from the support people, so they will have to be willing to do it.

In any case, from your side there isn't a lot to do, this requires some server-side work. Good luck!

It either brought up an error message or sent me to the commons, I don't remember which. Did a long load time, then acted like it was going to open and didn't.

Just an update.

I sent in another ticket through help a few days ago as mentioned above and got a reply that it is a known issue and that my ticket has been elevated. The issue is effecting a very few amount of accounts and that explains why only 2 wizards out of my hoard with those houses have been having issues.
Thank you for encouraging me to try again.

Also, in just the last few days the CS person one who was nice and tried to help got back to me after I had given up on that ticket going through. They just doubled down on the issue not being on their end. I corrected them and let them know that what they were saying was NOT the case at all and another ticket had me getting the help that I actually needed. Hopefully if anyone else in my situation gets this person, they will know better for next time so they can be helpful instead of causing more frustration.
