Elucidate + Simplify Removed From the Game Completely?

Hi there! Today I logged into my account to discover a very strange and upsetting occurrence: my Elucidate and Simplify treasure cards were removed from my spell deck! I know for a fact that I had 50 Elucidate and one Simplify treasure cards on my Fire wizard just a week ago (the time I last logged in). I am very confused as to where they could have gone as I have not traded with anyone and did not put them in a spell deck. My only logical explanation for this occurrence is that they were removed from the game. Would anyone be able to confirm or deny this for me (whether it be people still have the mentioned TCs or if a developer can state that they were removed). Thank you in advance .

Update: Elucidate and Simplify aren't removed from the game as I had thought. Someone had showed me their TCs in game. However, I am still very confused where these treasure cards could have gone . I haven't played the game in a little over a year before last week so I'm not sure if this is a new bug. Should I email KingsIsle support to see if they would be able to restore my Treasure Cards?

Were you transferring the deck with these TC through your Shared Bank? Treasure Cards in a deck are automatically put back in your backpack when doing so (Whether this deletes TC if you are at max I do not know).

No, I had never put them in any spell deck nor am I at the maximum allowed treasure cards .

Some other possibilities:

1. You traded them to another character or someone else without remembering.

2. Someone else might have access to your computer (not a hacker, but maybe a family member).

3. You put them in treasure card displays and they're all either hanging in a house or in your attic, bank, or shared bank.

I just went through all of my characters and TC mules as well as their spell decks and was unable to find them. I currently live alone so I don't think anyone could have accessed my computer (I also have never account shared). Lastly, I am not quite sure what treasure card displays are. I haven't kept up with the game updates in a while.

I hate to be a downer, but this has really just discouraged me from wanting to play again . I have a picture of the TCs saved on my phone even, but now they've just suddenly vanished. I know this doesn't sound believable (trust me, it sounds absurd to me as well), and I've never experienced something like this happening in my near decade of playing the game. It's just very upsetting to one day have 50 elucidates and then the next wake up to find 0.

I would say your best bet is to email support! I know they don’t have the greatest rep in terms of helping asap, but I don’t know if any other way to approach the problem

With all of the patches and updates they’ve been rolling out maybe it’s just a small bug that slipped through the cracks that KI can easily fix!

My sister also had a similar problem a while back with her pigsie tc disappearing, from what i know she didn't get it back though

They haven't been changed from say Myth when they came out to Astral?

I would contact customer support and let them know that you last seen them one week ago. It will give them a idea of where to search.
If you keep getting automated replies and no resolution I would contact @Sparck and see if he can look into this issue for you. Just make sure you keep contacting them till they fix this for you. I think the way they have support set up half the people just give up after getting a few auto responses. Let us know how this turns out.
