      KingsIsle not replying.

      Hello,

      I recently decided to get back into Wizard101 and am having an issue with trying to recover my account. I remember the username, but don't remember the password or email to that account. I saw where KI successfully helped another person in my situation and decided to message KI Support regarding the issue. After receiving an email confirming my ticket was received, I heard from KI within 24 hours, but have not heard back since replying to them. I'm beginning to lose patience, as I spent extreme amounts of money and time on that account, and will not do so again if I have to. How long does it usually take KI to reply back? And do they work on weekends or around the clock? Thanks.

      Once you email Support, you should receive an automated message back. Reply to that confirming that you got that automated email, and Support should get back to you soon. I am unsure if Support is available during the weekend, but either way you should have more luck during Mondays-Fridays.

      You might not be able to recover an account based on a username alone. Other people could potentially have access to someone's username, so KingsIsle might be unwilling to help you out on the basis of account security. Be sure to give Support as much information as you can- your Wizard's names, their schools, levels equipment, etc. And if you are willing, rattling off potential emails could prove to be effective in recovering your account.

      Hi Jared, I first emailed them about the issue last week and did indeed receive an email verifying my ticket. However, after only hearing back from them again after replying, I have not heard back from them since. They last replied to me on the 5th and I have yet to hear back.

      Hey there!

      Please keep in mind that most KI employees are working from home to practice social distancing. With that said, most likely they will need the credit card that you used to open the account with. This is a way for them to verify who you are and that your are the true owner of the account. If you provide them with that information and the email that you used to open the account, you should not have an issue on getting access to your account again.
