The spiral show case thoughts

so now that the spiral show case if over what is everyone's thought on this event.
I found it kind of boring having to burn into my crafting supplies just to get 20 points where i feel like it can be 2 points per rank so crafting something from novice gives 2 points to revered 24.
It did get my back into dailys and i always do team up here and there so i mostly got 60-80 a day still getting 500 mark

well if you didn't want to use your crafting supplies you could just have crafted flowers from the beastmoon event.

Those school ones give 16 CP each, so if you craft just one of those plus one classic beastmoon blossom you got your 20 dailies.

Wish I could say the same for pet snacks. It obliged me to level up a few babies by failing each game, and that was tedious. If giving mega snacks counted for double, and the pet's level increased the count by 1 every time, then i'd be much happier.

All in all, I was a bit cold on this event, mainly because it required all areas unlocked (which i don't have) and there was a risk that no matter what i did, I wouldn't reach the 500 points.

I think that support helped in by adding 20 points when i wrote them about the kiosk thing not working, if they hadn't, i may have been 5 points short from getting the pack (which ended up useless, but that's life :D )

from what i can tell anything you crafted gave 16 points no matter what it was and ya i crafted a few flowers

For my max level wizard, everything was pretty easy to keep up with except, as said above, the pet training was very tedious. My next wizard had only just reached Azteca, so she was unable to do the team up's and didn't quite reach the full point total.

As a nice little something extra, it was fine.

it was ok, but i did find some parts tedious.

for one, i feel that the pet training one, higher points should be given to higher level of pet fed. feeding baby pet gives one point, adult two points, ancient three points, etc. fishing one was by rank of fish caught so why not do something similar for pets?

team up i feel should be for helping any teams, and not just the highest world. many people were having issues getting points to register and simply making any team up count would solve this problem.

This one felt so uneventful that it's pretty easy to forget it was running. The activities felt like a chore and it eats up my in-game energy too much from the fishing and pet training. Even the rewards weren't so exciting. Regardless, I racked up the maximum amount of points I can possibly earn in the duration of this event. I just wish it didn't feel like a daily chore list.

It was ok, I did do this event every day and it just brought me back doing the daily chores. lol I only used one wizard for this, and not all. Otherwise, it would have been just too much.

The rewards were eh...nothing too exciting.

I think this is a good event for those who are just starting out vs those who have been playing for a long time. It gets them to try everything that the game offers pretty much that you can do every day.

Exactly - this is aimed at new players, like much of the summer update. Those of us who have been playing for ages do a lot of these by rote anyway. I did it mainly on one wizard also, mostly because the points also count toward the Fall Scroll, so why not maximize points for both at the same time?

I got the Autumn Multi-Tank reward today, which was something I was looking forward to as a fish collector.



PS - even if you didn't try to get points on the Fall Scroll, you should check to see if you've accumulated enough points to get some free gold and reagents.

That the rewards were worthless and that they could have made them infinitely better. Also, why couldn't they have made it so you were rewarded points based on the rank of the snack so it didn't feel so tedious? They did so for fish.

Oh, I do have that one going as well. I did only one round of the beastman so I have not rack up too many point there. Besides with double pets and fishing, I was more focus on those.

This is why I had made that other thread about too much going on at the same time and no down time.
