How did your hunt in the Beastmoon Hunt event go?

I got up to the level 2 robes crafter for a fire wizard in the event and another 248 gold towards the next one. I can hardly wait for the event to come around again myself! Who knew? I was really scared to try it to begin with too. xD

Next time it comes around, I plan to get the third robe finished than shart teiring up on another wizard who I think will be my go two for these events in the furture.

Saw @Hunter Spellcrafter yeasterday I think it was @Lone Ninja Escapist fire elf this morning and pretty sure a @Bailey Jade this evening on a storm. XP

quite well on the first three days, then maybe it was just bad luck, but i started getting into "bulimic" groups, where people go for quantity rather than quality. Loss streaks accumulated because there was no strategy and went everyone for oneself, or even worse, people went afk or disconnected.

I think there ought to be a daily limit (like 10 wins / 15 matches or so ) in order to limit this kind of behaviour.

i need more pots for my seeds there TOO MANY HELP but other wise i enjoyed it did take a break near the end

also apparently we are playing level 0 of our beast forms, as the first time you upgrade them they just "unlock" but no stats are improved.

So happy you tried it and enjoyed it so much! I enjoyed it myself.

Managed to tier up the fire elf and got the idols to unlock the balance cyclops. Tried to get the idol to unlock the ninja pig but although I got several pig idols from my multiple death seeds, they were not the gold one, more of a coppery color, and they did not work to unlock him.

I asked several people I saw in pig form where they got the idol and they all said the scroll of fortune. The upgrade plinth said beastmoon blossoms so I'm hoping that it's just a really rare harvest and that by the time I get it I'll be able to use these copper idols to get to tier 2

If not, then que sera sera on that one, can't afford the scroll of fortune, but I have a nice little collection of fairy idols to work with.

Also got enough idols to tier Minotaur next time. I think my new focus needs to be the Lunari bit seeing as that was what I ran out of the fastest

But the hunts themselves were great fun so I have no problem doing some more.

Leveled the rat and colossus, bought the recipe for the 1st tier robe but didn't really make it. Right now I'm sitting on quite a few elemental/spiritual moonstones so that next month I can just spam Elemental, Spiritual, and school-specific seeds while using the new Hasty Harvest TC to get a ton of stuff. And then I could tier up some forms and start working at the robe.

I was doing well enough, although it seems that gathering lunari seems to be way too slow. That, combined with the 1000 point cap (which is 5 points short of the 200 lunari reward) and the discovery that increasing the tier for a form for the first time doesn't go from 1-2 but locked to 1 (Despite being able to use most of the forms, they all say 'locked'. Ok, makes perfect sense.), all really killed the mood for me this time around. I will have plenty of reagents to increase the tiers next time.

I bought the Beastmoon, Elemental and Spirit seeds and the first robe. I'm stuck between investing in the rest of the seeds and the clothes up to the 3rd one, but managed to rack up enough Lunari for both. I haven't bought the scroll to get Ninja Pig yet, but will do that in the future.

I didn't upgrade any of the beasts this event, but come the next one I may have the resources to upgrade them by then.

Overall, I had a great time in the Beastmoon event!

My hunts were a mixture of some well organized teams, some just out for themselves and a few hunts where at the beginning the team was down by 1 due to inactivity. I only ran into one troll who was nasty and the most of the team ganged up on the person, so they left. But overall, things went well.

I hoarded everything I got (minus the seeds because you get tons - no hoarding needed). I have 2 idols that I haven't used. I haven't looked into doing anything with the stuff I got - just going to hoard in the meantime :P

Yes, I was on the hunt last night - big losing streak, but it was all good....some matches were really close and fun.
