Backpack setup

I'm very confused about the new elixir slot in my backpack. It's always empty. Can you actually store elixirs in your Backpack? Thank you!

My guess is that potions will drop in the future and that backpack space is prep for that.

As stated in the April 2019 Game update:

There is a new backpack tab for Elixirs. Look for elixirs as loot in the future! Elixirs will continue to be auto-equipped when you purchase them from the Crown Shop or equip them from the gift window or craft them.

So, someday elixirs will drop from somewhere as loot, and to prevent them from taking effect instantly KI added an entire new tab to our backpacks where these (and only these) elixirs will reside until we choose to activate them.

Every other occurrence of elixirs in the game won't go in our backpack, but will activate instantly as soon as we buy/claim them on a given Wizard.

Also, even though these futuristically wonderful dropped elixirs will have a spot in our backpack, they can't be put in the shared bank and traded as everything else is. No idea whether they'll also count toward our backpack item limits as well.

And that's not inconsistent or confusing at all.

I've got a bunch of elixirs in my gift list. It would be nice if we could transfer them to our backpack somehow. This should be a feature.
