This mysteriously showed up with my tc's when I was selling stuff in the bazaar today. I'm not sure if it's is helpful or not because I really don't know where it came from, my only real guess is the Deckathalon since that is the only thing I've done lately that would even come close to making sense. Weirdly enough it is auctionable. In any case it does exist.

I know, but have you seen the treasure card before? I never had and I couldn't find it on the wiki so I thought maybe it's new?

I never got any in Empyrea, they do however drop from the Ice deckathlon and packs

This is certainly a cool find! I have screenshots of the TC being dropped for me during the event. I know one of them dropped from the Spirit of Iceolation, then other dropped from one of the other mobs in the same stage. I hope this is enough info to narrow down its acquisition.
