I guess it's a misplaced asset, since all the ghosts like it are being used to fly around the Halloween Towers.

Yes, I had just logged on and was checking the daily assignment when I noticed a blurry area in the street.

I went over and took a couple pictures of it. No other ghosts around. Really odd. Maybe Sherlock Bones should
be called in.
