Proof/Defy with Ice-dealer and Fairy

Hey, I'm looking to make a new pet for PvP. I was wondering if anyone has a pet with Spell-Proof, Spell-Defying, Ice-Dealer and Fairy manifested on it that they would be willing to hatch with me. I can pay for the hatch by trading Empower TC until the gold needed is achieved, and I'd be willing to gift a hatching reset timer as well. If anyone has a pet like that that they're willing to hatch with me, I'd greatly appreciate it.

*I don't particularly care about the fifth talent as long as its not a sticky talent. (A sticky talent is a talent that manifests on your pet every single time no matter what. For example I have a pet that has Hearty stuck to it, and it always transfers to new pets I hatch and it always manifests).
