Day 5/10/15 Chest Rewards Compilation Thread

I went ahead and did rewards to a chest during this holiday season/member benefits to see what might be different. On 15 wizards I received things already listed of a couple pets, statues, and rental mounts. There have been no postings of anything new so I will be deleting the holiday/member benefit section since there looks to be nothing new. Disappointing. To the people enjoying these rewards, please enjoy them on my behalf too.

Wow the jewel really exists, congrats!

Well let's see, i got a KP seed then promptly crashed, the rng in this game hates me!

Every reward I got was absolute junk x 11, the kp seed was actually the highest award I got, pretty funny no? Just another way to make people feel left out and passed over, good going KI the randomness kings! On the bright side, I can stop wasting my time now.

Too bad I'll probably have to earn 200 of the rewards before I get anything worthwhile.

Now the question is do I use the jewel or save it? It seems so rare I'm sure I'll put it on a pet and instantly wished I'd put it on another...

Now the question is do I use the jewel or save it? It seems so rare I'm sure I'll put it on a pet and instantly wished I'd put it on another...

Depends on if you value it as a collection item or not. If you're the kind of person who likes to collect rare jewels, putting it in your shared bank and waiting until you receive another to use on a pet isn't a bad option.

On the other hand, what's the point of having it without putting it to use?

To make the best possible use for it, take into consideration your pet's stats, permanence, and whether or not the jewel slot could be occupied by a different pet ability jewel.

For example, a pet with Spell-Proof and 4 healing talents would be a good candidate for a Spell-Defying jewel. None of the talents on such a pet are available as jewels (ignoring the rumors of a Spell-Proof jewel because I haven't seen any... proof... heh), and it's a pet that will probably always have use. Also, the jewel is going to be worth more (resist-wise) on a high stat pet.

No matter what you do with it, great get.

Yes, those exact games. They would be fun to play if I could operate all 3 wizards in the group independently... lol I'm sure I'll give them each a try for fun.

The wizard who got the jewel does have a high stat pet with all talents I wanted and worked for. I think it's the last one I worked on years ago. He's parked now so I will probably just keep it stashed for now and one day wonder where the heck I got that jewel next time I see it.

The poor wizards I'm running now don't have any useful talents on their pets because I quit working on them. Maybe I'll pick it up again one day.

I like that Faberge egg. Since I don't PVP, meaning I don't get arena tickets, I didn't even know it existed in game.

Geez, all I got was a mini game furniture item and a Manta Ray 7 day mount. I was really disappointed even if the seals in Walrusburg Harbor can be beaten without breaking a sweat lol.
