Basic rule for teaming up

I have to disagree with you. What deck I use and certain TC cards depends on the school of the bosses and minions. Also on my teammates. Usually I don't really know until we get in there.

That being said, I really really don't understand why a person comes into a dungeon and does not have full health. I always try to be the healer and I enjoy it. But why are you asking for healing when you have not even been hit yet?

LOL, Yea have agree, hate when people start with like half life and need to be healed before you even start. The other thing is when you do random team up you have no idea who is in there with you or what talents they have, so you need to communicate and get set up. For example when I do the Rat depending on who else is there I may need to be the hitter, spam kill the minions or be the healer. Just last night I went in on team up and came from Baba Yaga so I had a deck for that. I asked who was hitting and such and started to work things out with two of the people, but the one guy just rushed in and wouldn't talk to us. When I saw he was rushing I quick grabbed my spam deck and got it on just before being pulled in to the fight. Long story short, if I didn't get that deck equipped just in time we would have had to flee and start over, because no one else had enough pierce to kill the minions and I wouldn't have had the cards to spam with the other deck I had on. So it is always better to take a minute to prepare then rush in blindly.

I totally agree with you but have to admit when I was farming Morganthe I ended up giving up on the idea of communication before the fight and started running in as fast as I could. This was because as tank and healer my job was so much harder when the storm ran in first - which happened so many times before I started just running in. The chance of me being needed to hit was very slim and on the rare occasions it happened I just fled, clicked my gear set change, clicked a bottle and ported back, missing only one round.

If I don't run in first, healing can be a nightmare and having someone tanking who really shouldn't be is so frustrating. I also end up getting grief for being in last position or struggling to heal. I am not Jade but my pet spams healing like she is determined to actually increase my health bubble and believes it is possible if she only tries hard enough lol

It's basically like what it's like in Darkmoor:

"No storm and no life? I'm outta here!" Never mind that you have a fire with 125% damage or a life with 115% damage or a death with 130% damage or a jade ice with 80% outgoing heal. Nope. No storm or life = poof!

Funny thing is, we usually end up completing the dungeon without him.

I know right. Team Up, more like not Team Up. Half of time when I use it the wizards I am with do their own thing and often don't give blades to others, sometimes not heal them, and do their own attacks even though the main hitter could be doing more damage. Sometimes they steal your feints and other traps and use them on one of their own attacks.

Here is a big rule teaming up, it has a name for a reason. Work together and support everyone, dont be a selfish person and do your own thing. When you use team up, you should work with your group to win, not do your own thing.

So what's my big rule for team up. Work together that's the big rule there.

Which is why I end up supporting most of the time cause thats what you should do when doing Team Up
