My Idea for a New boss for Christmas Update. Pick the name and stats!

This may take a while, so I will need everyone's help to make this boss a good idea for a Christmas update.

So my idea is this secret teleporter in Wizard City, located in commons that appears during Christmas only. Or it could just appear in the commons, like always, but this makes it more unique. For that reason, I suggest the boss require level 110 to fight, so we could see a bigger challenge. There could be a completely lower level version of this fight too, in fact several versions, so it can easily be like a housing gauntlet, but I suggest level 110, cause it would give us maxed wizards a new challenge. Oh and yes the teleporter would most likely be free, no membership required. Cheats will appear but only for the higher level challenges. The version I am creating is the Level 110 version, some cheats may change depending on the level. And no cheats would appear for wizards below level 50 or maybe very little cheats at all.

Now for the idea of what would happen. Inside the boss battle area, you would run into Ivan the Great, who you have met throughout Polaris and Red Rosa as well. They tell you about this mean penguin, that is so bad, he may have been influenced by Old Cob to learn Shadow Magic! They tell you that he must be the leader of this Inspector's Brigade, and that this is his hideout. The reason for this, is to stop the spread of shadow magic, and try to learn more of Old Cob's plans if possible.

So your too friends would then go on ahead with you to take on this boss.

As like other bosses, Ivan the Great and Red Rosa would help you out. Ivan the Great gives you 15% damage to all schools, Red Rosa gives 10% pierce to all schools.

The boss name, school and other stats, and potential cheats fall to everyone else. Only thing I suggest that he is a penguin and that is enough.

Obviously this guy should be a cheater, as we don't want another cheap boss again.

Now my main question to everyone. I have problems creating bosses especially designing the cheating bosses. So what name do you think this boss should have, what is his school, stats (health, resist, boost) and most importantly what cheats would you use.

This is entirely optional you can type the cheats too. Whoever posts info for this first, I will post those as the stats of the boss as well as the cheats given, and update them to fit the people's standards.

Please post your ideas of this boss' stats and his cheats, it would me make this boss look very promising to fight for Christmas.

Um, anything there is -- while it's fine if it has various levels of difficulty for various wizards -- should be in WC. No one should be barred from holiday content because they're not to Polaris yet. I'd also suggest that difficulty would work like the housing dungeons, based on the level of the wizards entering it.

They should, however, offer something for Yuletide. Where's my incentive to play this during the month of December instead of the game that is.

Thanks for this comments are much appreciated. I changed the setup of the boss, the teleporter is in Wizard City, and it would then teleport you to a special Polaris area, from Wizard City. Also mentioning now that there will now be lower level versions for different wizards, so it can easily be like a Housing Gauntlet in a way but free, and lasts only for Christmas.
