      How To Kill Everything In Zafaria to Azteca on a Diviner

      This guide is exactly what the title says. This is the method I call the 'SuperSirens' method, because that's pretty much what it is.

      With varying amounts of blades and traps, I've gotten this method to do between 28,239 and 1,000,000 damage, with a normal range of 120,000 to 350,000.

      This might not work as well and require some modification for cheating bosses.


      The Deck:




      While this is really all you need for the lower end of the damage range, I'd recommend adding more blades and traps if you have

      them, and if you're going up against add some heals and shields and bring a friend, so it will normally look more like this:





      The Battle:

      Let's say you're going against a non-cheating fire boss. It doesn't matter what order you use your 0 and 1 pip blades and traps.

      Once you have full pips (or at least half if the boss has low health), use your supercharge. This is very important to remember!

      Use a feint on the boss, and continue to use 0 pip buffs (if you have any, if not then pass) until you have either 7 or 8 pips. Cast a

      Berserk, and in the round after, cast a Colossal Sirens and wait for the spell to utterly destroy your enemy!

      If you're battling a storm-resistant boss, just make sure to use a prism.






      I haven't gotten past Azteca yet, so I don't know if it works past there, or if it works on cheating bosses. In all, though, this has been an easy way to battle bosses.

      Have you ever tested this? Supercharge leaves you out of pips, and Sprites are too weak at this point of the game, unless you have some serious healing boosts. Those bosses that need such huge damage will also kill you in no time flat (power pips plus an occasional critical, much harder to block now than before), before you get to your Sirens pips.

      I prefer Enchanted Armament as a pet and an item or two with blade item cards. Alternatively, an amulet with Feint (to stack with the learned one). Two stacked Feints boost your damage much better than the full-pip Supercharge and cost almost nothing in comparison, and Enchanted Armament lets you stack 4 blades (2x Stormblade, 2x Elemental Blade) easily. Works much better and faster than your version - try it!

      Once you get Sharpen Blade as a spell, you can drop Feint altogether - stacking 6-7 blades, along with Storm's huge damage bonuses, is enough for most everyone out there...

      Thanks for the guide, it got me to thinking how many storms train feint and how many bypass it as too dangerous/too many training points? and when is it justified to start training to feint, early or late (after level 68)?
      Angel's dad pulled the last box out of the closet, the one with Shoes of Pain and Fear printed in faded Gothic letters across it. Angel tried them on. In fact, they were snug and comfy, and not even a little bit scary.

      I have feint on my storm; it's great either with another hitter (in pvp or pve) or just soloing--afterall, it's faster than just using 1-3 blades.

      I usually had a balance questing partner in Azteca, but when I was solo my strategy was pretty simple. The first four rounds I would reg stormblade, amulet blade, elemental blade, and then pet blade (once I got sharp I would swap the elemental for a sharpened blade so I could save the pips). Once I finished blading, the boss has more or less lost all his pips so I would tc and regular feint (potent if I had it yet) and a sirens or even storm lord killed easily. And I only had to do this for the bosses with over 20k health. For the ones with 15k or so, blades worked. Overall, it took 6-7 rounds which is doable for a storm to tank through depending on the school you're fighting. But if your method works well, props to you. I'm sure someone will be grateful for it.

      Hi there! A storm running this here;
      I found I only needed to pop a super charge at the very first turn to get a little 30-40% boost and then used the blade, windstorm, etc. to build up my pips for the sirens.
      Also, only Zeus / Storm Lord is needed for Zafaria, maybe Sirens at Mirror Lake.

      Nice guide, it will help new players. I love storm and by far its my favorite school, having 3 of them, 2 max. However, my decks are set up little different.

      Temp, Stormlord, Bugs with 3 fist, sharp blade, 2 storm school blade and one blade from my pet, which is a carnation pixie. When I go in boss fights, Triton. I don't use things that will cost me pip's I find this works great for me and when your questing with someone.

      I have roughly the same setup with attacks and blades, but I am using an Enchanted Armament pet because the pet has access to the Sharpened Blade +10, which I find to be crucial for one of the most disadvantaged schools in game, which allows me to double up on blades; so after doing the Astral School quests, 2 blades can be +40, which may or may not dump the need for a 3rd blade or Elemental Blade in a Boss deck.

      Another less talked about subject is x-ing out cards in your deck that come from gear or pets. This can be another lifesaver for any wizard. Say you have a shield you don't use and it bothers you that it is constantly showing up. To solve this problem, click on everything you don't deem essential with your gear and pets.


      By doing this, you gain a faster way of grabbing your blades, enchantments and attack cards during battle, without loosing the perks of your gear.

      I also have the Sun Enchantment Epic +300 to augment damage for Temp, Lord or Bugs. I haven't been able to adequately use Supercharge, so I just carry 2 Storm Blades and an Elemental Blade.

      I also carry 3 decks with my Mob and Boss decks being slightly the same, plus a Monstorology deck that utilizes the Storm from Wizard City.

      Storm Main Deck (for Mobs): Temp, Lord, Bugs, 2x Storm Blades, 3x Epic, Reshuffle, Sharpened Blade and pet trained Sharpened Blade (I x-out all but 1 Sharpened Blade)

      Storm Boss Deck: Same setup as Mob Deck, but I also add in Elemental Blade and add another pet trained Sharpened Blade or trained Sharpened Blade; when running with others I might add Feint.

      Monstorology Deck: 2x Storm Blade, pet trained Sharpened Blade, the Animus required and Storm Lord. I also add Reshuffle, but not necessarily needed.

      Something I would advise as a MUST HAVE, is spending a TP on Reshuffle (house on Colossal Boulevard near Mindy Pixiecrown), because some wizards usually join halfway through my battles.
