Is it time we get a 7th character slot?

I have been into W101 since DS was the last main world and I have always felt that at the very least there should of 8 wizard slots but would be ok with 7. 1 reason I feel there should be 8 is so this way for all those who want to have all 7 schools they would be able to have them plus have the 8th as the deletable wizard that you would use when all your other wizards are maxed out and you want LVL a new toon with out deleteing a toon you spent a lot of time LVLing, but ultimately I would be fine with 7 since for me I don't mind farming bosses and old content for gold, reagents, pets and other stuff.

There is definitely reasonable cause for eight slots, especially where Pirate101 has five classes and six slots. Any way KI decides to do it is fine by me, so long as I can have the last school on the same account as all my others.

I been wanting this for a long time. If this comes out I can finally play all 7 schools without the need of a second account anymore. Plz release this Kingsisle whenever you can.

If they added the ability to add more wizards, it could open up the possibility of late start schools akin to what WoW and other games have.

Something akin to the inclusion of the Astrals as main schools? I'm not versed in many other MMOs, least of all WoW lol.

Yeah. A few other games, once you hit a certain level unlock other classes to play. I think, reaching the the new classrooms for the s hool would be a good time to unlock Star, Sun, Moon and maybe even Shadow level 100 or so wizards that specialize in those schools. That could also allow for additional hair and face opptions along with new name additions for these wizards when you make them. Like, a new begining. But, we shouls have slots for each school still.j

That would take quite a lot of work to implement, but it would be really cool to have if KI gave us more than just one additional slot.

I fully agree. Personally, I would be happy with just the one slot to finish off the last of the schools in an account. The other is just possibilities beyond. I was just thinking about all the craziness when people saw the star school glitch a ways back. Xd

I believe she is referring to WOW's Hero classes that start at a Higher LVL then your non Hero Classes. there Current max is 100 but there next expansion there introducing a new hero class that will possibly start at LVL 98 the other one started around 55 when it was released with its 3rd expansion but the LVL cap for the third was 80 where the next one will be 110.

I'll admit we're basically just scratching the bottom of the barrel for information regarding this topic at this point, but I'm still dedicated to updating you all with even the littlest trickle of information. Updated the original post with:

UPDATE [1-25-16]: In Gary's absence, community manager FriendlyNecro has responded to a question on this topic. It doesn't give us anything at all to go on, but I'm just glad that we got an answer on this at all. Like Gary, FriendlyNecro is also a very kind member of Kingsisle, and he does what he can to help us out. For those who do not know, he is @Dworgyn on Wizard101 Central. I'm 6 days late on making this update because I didn't see that he responded to the question, but better late than never.
