Do you ever feel nostalgia (Longing for the past) with Wizard101?
I do; I feel nostalgia for the olden days of wonder yore, the days when level 50 was the maximum level and such.

I could care less about being different lvls in the past...

This ^ :'( The people we miss, the old community is what made this game for me, and I always come back to it.

O.O nostalgic for nostalgia?

I would be nostalgic but as time goes on I remember less and less of what I did back then. It did have a certain simple magical feeling to it though. When there wasnt so much stuff.

I joined back right after the wintertusk update so i never got to see the lvl cap a 50 and whatever but i still miss the old times. One of things i miss the most was krok-mooshu questing, it was back when i was first experiencing the real spiral and not just wizard city. It was when i could go and fight the creatures i loved to fight and not win in the 2nd round. Not to mention at that time i never had to worry about critical and block, it was just the basic fighting i love(i am 62% against critical, i believe having it doesn't allow you to show how well you can actually fight). Also back then relating to the above was that with lower percentage of everything, battles were more suspenseful and challenging, now we have crazy tough gear at 25, 30, 40, and 2 at 60(i hope they don't put a dungeon at 50 and 80). The thing is you can do it as many times as you want on a lower character, but it will never feel the same way as the time you first did it.

Like others are saying, I miss my old friends more and the old game less. The friends have been what has made this game for me honestly. If I'm playing and no friends are on I'll get pretty bored pretty fast and back in the day I had a lot of friends on this game. Now I have a lot less mainly because I grew up and kept playing but a lot of my old friends quit playing. Now when I meet new people a lot of the time I can't really connect with them because they are just so much younger than me and don't really understand when I talk about stuff in the game at the level I understand it. It's really disappointing honestly because I like this game quite a bit but without good friends in game I doubt I'll be staying long as it gets too boring without them.
