I believe that means the Free Training Point Reset member benefit, when members can go to Mr. Lincoln and reset all of their training points. Basically, a re-specification of their points.

This guide is awesome, thank you for doing it! Because most of this wasn't around before I left... what exactly should I expect during daily bonus? Really like to start getting something good...mostly started it for pets.. but I been only given common stuff on 10 wizards though my earliest wizards that start this is on its 3rd around.. so maybe need to be doing them longer for the better stuff or is just random?

From my experience in doing the Daily Assignment it just a pool of random items. I do it more for the motes reagents to be honesty.
