I have found you do not need to complete these fights.As suggested use the traps and blades. Only use the drains like wraith and vampire to hit. Discard heavily. Toss out anything and everything you can't use. In the last fight, twice I have found the fight simply ended when I was out of cards. Discard heavily.

Not in this instance. This is the part where you are Morganthe in her memories so you are using her deck...hence, no memories.

The final chamber of the mind is a timed encounter. If you can last X rounds, you will be ported back to the present time, no harm done. EXCEPT that you CAN die in the instance, if you don't cast those drains early and often while you wait out the timer. I'd equip a heal/resist pet to help with surviving multiple rounds without regular heal spells.

I don't know if the match is timed per minutes, if it's per rounds, or if there's another factor, but I just did it for the 4th time around the other night, and I was ported out after 10-15 rounds. I was even winning! I could have won! But, alas, I found myself whisked away.

I am not sure about the other two chambers of the mind. Those are easy, so survival isn't of concern.

You can't summon minions because you're playing as little miss spider queen. Whom, by the way DESERVED TO BE KICKED FROM RAVENWOOD. Seriously, she can't even cast shields. Makes me TOTALLY wonder why she couldn't harness star magic well. But if KI really feels I need henchmen, then I'm going to do their trivia JUST SO I CAN PROGRESS. Ugh, I'm just so bothered right now at this game.

Ooh that's the one your on. Sorry, I don't remember all the names of every battle quest. Yes, I had a hard time with it too. I was so mad, I was saying omg how the heck she became the spider queen with such a horrible deck. But what I learn, it taught you to think outside the box and make you re-think your strategy. Your going to have some hard battles after this, if you need help send me a pm. I will help you out if you need it.

This I didn't know or realize it ends when your out of cards. I usually fought and did my best to stay alive. Thanks for the tip

I'll concur with what others have said -- drain attacks are the way to go. For the last tier battles, although I was discarding pretty heavily, I did save back a scarecrow in each hand as that is a massive heal.

For me, focusing on watching their pips and managing my health helped vs. focusing on dishing out damage to kill them. With the drain spells, both things will happen -- but it helped me play just a bit differently than I might have otherwise and makes a difference.

Another person giving a thumb's up for the guide in the above post. I followed it's recommendations for the battle and beat her on the first try, or at least lasted the needed number of rounds. I just remember how spot-on the guide was.

Yeah I used that guide that's floating around and won on her twice. It's much easier taking the suggestions. I would definitely suggest reading that guide, then giving it a new go.

This third chamber of the mind stuff is ridiculously unfair. I've had fun doing this world but it feels like it's come to a halt. No free crowns offers so can't hire a henchmen. I've literally lost 5 times and haven't even come close. I'm seriously about ready to simply call it quits because it's pretty clear I won't ever clear KR. :/

First thing to do is on round 1 put a trap on one of them if you do not draw a trap or a drain hit discard the entire hand. Second round hit the one you trapped with the drain to regain some health discard the entire hand other than the card used to hit with. 3rd round use another drain if pips allow or use another trap hold one drain card. 4th round you should be very close to running out of cards use a drain discard the rest of hand. Hi apparently your having problems with the third chamber its very hard indeed i recommend getting a pet that has a lot of may casts ( thats the only thing that carries over from your wiz is the pet may casts )
it is solo but it is repeatable.

AND IT IS INSANELY HARD X. x ( my hardest fight yet lol )
its not fair to take away who you are as a wiz and give you all new stats just so not cool...

A pet can help. Mine healed me a couple of times during the fight.
