Glitch with Darkwraith's Compelling Shroud

I've noticed a glitch with the robe Darkwraith's Compelling Shroud. The robe gives two cards, one Guidance and one Dr. Von's Monster. I've noticed that the Dr. Von's Monster card does not show up in your main board, but is instead present in your sideboard and can be drawn like any other TC. Once pips are attained it shows up blue like other item cards, however the 'flash' that denotes a TC still shows up. Also, if you Reshuffle the card will not come back. I think this is a bit of an issue and I would appreciate of KI would address it.

I do remember this. Been awhile since I had one. When you draw for a tc that one IIRC turns up first pick. Thought they would have fixed that by now.
