Keep in mind that the game is 5-7 years old (At least 2 years in design phases) and that current tech may not have been available during the that design phase of the game. Also I doubt that they would invest the $$$$ to recreate the whole game to just to update the appearance. Would be very nice if they did, but not holding my breath on that.

These are Cinematic Graphics, anyways. I don't think there are any MMO's with such graphics like these.
