All I do is go there and get into a fight. When it is over, I just switch to another window and do something else. Every few minutes, I switch back into that window and am in a fight. . . . . I get what I get and switch back to what I was doing. If I forget, I time out before they could kill me. . . . .This way, I am not paying attention while I wait. It is just background. . . rarely have other people join me, but when they do, I'm sure they wonder what is going on. If you encounter Wolf Soulslinger or Wolf Greenflame and they are just sitting there, now you know why.

You will have to understand why people are frustrated by this. I have encountered this before and it is irritating. So kudos to you for your temerity in posting that, and to your credit for being so candid.

I think that the Grendel Urchins are one of the best ones, they don't cast weakness, and they're 395hp.

Great guide for farming CPs!

After farming for about 100 CPs, the Grizzleheim drop rate seems to be somewhere between 1-in-50 and 1-in-100. Being prepared for many quick mindless battles is the key.

"Quick Mindless Battles", is a good factor to use to your own benefit when farming for CP. Multi tasking is pretty easy as long as the other task is not time sensitive or overly complicated.

I turn up the volume on the game, then there are several different tasks I can choose from to open in a second window. Working on the second window....it is pretty simple to hear the game audio in the background to know when I need to return to the game window to take some action. Farming is still boring, but it at least makes the time spent/wasted a little more useful.

I play backgammon at "Daily Gammon" and it just works great to keep up with my backgammon moves while farming.

I like to play with two separate accounts. My newer account farms for couch potatoes, while the older account pet trains or gardens. All the tasks are boring and repetitive, but playing both accounts at once helps, a LOT... I try to make moves around the game animations.

I am courteous to other wizards and always keep the couch potato wizard in motion.


And I enjoy listening to youtube music, or whatnot as I play.

Thanks! I used to feed my pet seeds that were no auction, but I've decided that it was a bad decision, going back to farming. Just a few days ago, I got a couch potato while doing a quest in ravenscar! :D

Well I wad farming for 20 minutes yesterday against Grendel Urchins who have less health than any other monster you can farm(395). An enchanted Meteor Strike will easily kill so will a Tempest. I only got one potatoe against them though.
