      PLANT STACKING

      plz :D?

you know like really simple non complicated steps to do the plant stacking thing. its been 2 months on my drop of 2 kp from brisk breeze tower, and now i have a good amount of *drum roll* about 40! isnt that amazing :D

with this, i would have to start plant stacking as i am STILL stuck with 5 amber so far since starting the amber goal 3 months+ ago -.-

i would really like to start getting more amber, not just one from one floor of kp. so can anyone who has experience tell me how to plant stack? and i wanna do this carefully without risk of hurting my kp and with that i would have to plow them. (though someone mentioned on a thread they have dicovered a way to fix this without ki interfering or plowig plants)

      anyone could tell me how?

      thnx!

Why do people never look in the gardening guides section before asking? :P

This guide works for stacking any plant that requires a medium plot.

It is long because it describes exactly what you have to do to stack and also to care for the plants. It is not a simple process and can not be explained in one or 2 sentences. It was nice of of her to take the time to make the guide to help others. Instead of taking the time to read it, you want someone else to type it all out for you again? this seems a bit hmmmm...

yes yes, and i am withj you on this. however, i swear i already looked over that thread. but that was long in the summer, and i have some what forgotten the key details in between each step. for instance, if you are doing the rug glitch and someone has 3 steps. i already read these three, but perhaps i forgot the second step. and without the second step, ...? this is my case now, i just need a few reminders and thats all.
also, i may have been a bit harsh in the last statement of "beyond long" but that was only because i had a few seconds on the computer and my sister needed it for psycology assignment. so i could have only typed t\something as fast as that to clarify what swordlily posted.

      Re: PLANT STACKING

I'll give you better advice. Don't stack.

Instead, get houses like the Island Getaway where you can put the plants right at the entrance. Then hunt down the PunkyMax article on laying out 37 medium plots.

I have laid out three 37 plots, but I only use two of them, I didn't want to run out of green. Its possible with the right timing to take care of three, but I never tried it. I turned off my subs for a while, so with a level 80 with full pig gear, athame with +4 and ring with +5 turns out you can't build up to full strength in 7 hours (bedtime to wake time, 10 minutes for Crowns vs 5 minutes for a sub).

I tried stacking and kept hitting the 69 limit, harvesting problems, aiming problems. If I messed up a cast, I would have to fix it, and that ruined any advantage to stacking in the first place. I know the trick, but honestly, it just seems to me to be easier to do it clean straight up, all gardening can be done faster.

And with the PunkyMax 37, I NEVER MISS A PLANT if I aim the way PM said to, using the center plant. Never. I miss one plant the 3-4-4-3 large plots almost every time after some update, and sometimes miss on the 61 small pots, but NEVER on the 37.

as much as you are convincing me, there is one small problem i dont like about doing this: how am i supposed to move around to harvest the inner plots when all pots will be blocking a way to get through?

In Punky Max's Guide, found here, you only use plots (soil spells) not pots. You can freely run across soil even if it has a seed planted in it. And even if you couldn't, KI updated harvesting plants to allow you to click on the them in addition to clicking "X" when next to them

Personally, I have had mixed luck with plant stacking. My KP stack seems to work well (spells normally hit all of the them) however, my EMP stacked garden is not so great (spells normally don't hit all the plants and there are less than the KP). I created both using Punky Max's guide just stacking two 37 plots on top of each other and then removing 5 plots to hit the 69 plant limit of large spells. That is really time consuming and is rather disappointing if it doesn't work perfectly, though.

So two 37 plot gardens probably are the best and easiest to work with

just use the pedistal base house item as your floor then when your done with your top layer then just plant on the ground underneath them.

      Re: PLANT STACKING

I agree with what DragonTamer said.

You can also set up a Transporter to take you to the center of the garden BEFORE you put the pots down. But with mediums, why, you can get 37 plots instead of what 32 pots.
