Remove all negative charms from target (friend or self)
Cleanse charm, anyone? This is basically a more powerful version.

1050-1150 Fire Damage to target and dispel next star, moon, OR sun-enchanted spell (only 1 dispel, but it can be triggered by any of the 3)
Nice idea, but might be a little op for the sun enchanted spells. it will make you take massive damage with a loss in pips for your next damage attack.
Ice Utility Spell:
Time Freeze

All enemies who are inactive during the round (if they pass or fizzle) are stunned for 2 rounds (doesn't work if there is a stun shield, or the enemy is already stunned)
Like this idea, but i wonder about pvp, if they have a school wand and have blades and traps but no pips, time freeze would really give an opportunity to attack. Most people dont wanna pass during your turn, blading or something else. Of course, it's use is also limited. If you use 5 pips on it, than 2 rounds are gonna give you only four, giving the other person 4 more pips. It is just not the best spell. Maybe make it a global spell with that?

Balance Utility Spell:

Target is bonded to caster for 2 rounds- whatever happens to your opponent happens to you (if your opponent attacks you, the opponent takes the same amount of damage as you do; if they heal, you heal; if you heal, they heal; if you attack, you receive the damage they take) this spell doesn't work for statuses like stuns, weaknesses, auras, etc.
More powerful version of beguile.

Death Utility Spell:
Convert Heal

Convert next heal spell to attack spell (death damage)
Nah, might be too powerful. Instead, call it Subversion, where all damage is switched to health for the nest heal, and health is switched to damage. Make it 7 pips instead, and make it moon damage.
Death Spell:

500 Death Damage to self and 1000 Death Damage to all enemies and -50% to next heal
Nice spell.

Seems similar to basilisk with a less powerful effect.

Nice spell, but make it +150 health
