Illustrated Guide to Training Points and Deck Setup

The Lord of Necromancy's Illustrated Guide to Training Points.

      Introduction.

This is my first training point guides. So, I may have an Error or so but that would be it. Anyways, This guide will tell you everything you need to know for your training points. But this is to help you with PvP however. I'm not saying it will work bad on PvE.
      What to Learn.

First learn Ice up until Tower Shield.

      Tower Shield

Next, Learn Myth until Minotaur. Myth may surprise you. (Considering the new Amulets )

Re: Illustrated Guide to Training Points and Deck Setup

Hmm, I don't know about training Myth up to Minotaur. I would much rather do Balance up to Weakness. But everyone's different. Nice guide!

Great guide But I'm saving my training points in case they make a death version of gargantuan.

Good guide! It's an interesting idea training myth to Minotaur. It also gives you humonogofrog which you can stack with gargantuan and spirit blades, making it a better move in terms of damage than scarecrow. My biggest problem with it is that it doesn't allow for any life spells or polymorphs. And with skeletal dragon, I feel as if the effect of deadly Minotaur is almost negated. It's about the same amount of damage but don't require 9 training points to get. Just my input; personally I'm still looking for how to spend my training points.

Re: Illustrated Guide to Training Points and Deck Setup

This is just my personal opinion, and I do not own a high enough Death wizard yet, so you may skip past my post. I prefer to have my Sun schools put into TC's, as in PvP you'd need both the Mutate and the Minotaur to be lined up together on the same board, and it will clutter your deck space. Just TC your Gargs and Mutate Minos and put them into your Sideboard, and you'll have enough TP's (Making a rough estimate here) to get Weakness. Not sure if you can skip past Star school spells but I would suggest not getting Fortify, since your steal-health spells + Tower Shields, Volcanic Shields, Dream Shields, and Weakness will give you a good defense.

      Just my two cents.

Angel Emeraldhammer - Lv. 50 Life
Dakota Starriver - Lv. 41 Storm

Re: Illustrated Guide to Training Points and Deck Setup

I use similar setup but use less skeketal dragon and less wraith. My ninja Pig gives may cast death blade pain-giver and may cast sprite. Those minotaurs makes the pig heal and blade, sometimes both after a nice hit. I don't use fortify but I do use the damage aura. Very nice guide. Glad to see some one else uses the setup I use. Happy fighting my friend Cant wait to get my myth amulet in Wintertusk

Side note: The only downfall to this is Ice wizards. Those Angels are murder once fully boosted with the ice field. Honestly get rid of fortify and get ice dispel.
