Owlriver,
If you have a PC, simply take a screen shot of the podium screen. Almost all PC have a Prnt Scrn button - usually towards the top right portion of the keyboard, near backspace. Pressing the print screen creates a file in the wizard101 folder that is saved under My Documents. To upload that picture, go click on the paperclip that is in the header section of the post - next to where you can change fonts, sizes, color, etc.
