Alright, it took a few tries, but I finally went with the perfect approach.
Here's the Cards you'll need:
Frost Giant, Absorb, Ice Blade, Elemental Blade, Amplift, Tower Shield, Ice Trap, Ice Minion.
Here's the Treasure Cards you'll need:
Enhanced Colossus Cards, Triton, Kraken, Balefrost, Life Minion/Myth Minion, Any Enhanced Versions of the above Cards.
Here's the Potions You May Want to Consider(Optional):
Elixir of Vengance, Ice Battle Elixir, Major Damage Elixir, Major Battle Elixir. (You can only equip 3).
Volkir's Basic Moveset:
Earthquake, Myth Trap, Myth Blade, Orthrus, Minotaur, Hex(Only uses if you use a Shield/Trap or Blade).
(Volkir starts with 3/4 Power Pips, thus allowing him to use Earthquake on the First Turn.)
Now, here's a step-by-step guideline to defeating Volkir(9900 Health, myth) and his Minion(1400 Health, Fire):
First, If you have one, Summon an ice Minion ASAP. If you don't, Tower Shield. If you don't have that, then Pass.
Volkir will Most Likely start off with an Earthquake.
You should have 6 or 7 Pips at this point. Blade up now with either an Elemental Blade or Ice Blade. If you have neither of them, Discard a card and Draw a Treasure Balefrost(Incredibly useful in this battle).
Use whatever you didn't use Last Round. If your Minion ever decides to use an Ice Trap, then use your Ice Trap on the opposite enemy if you have one in your hand.
Again, continue the routine of boosting yourself.
By Round 5 you should have up:
1 Elemental Blade
1 Ice Blade
1 Treasure Balefrost
2 Traps(Optional, but Preferred), Each on one enemy.
Volkir will most likely have or will use Orthrus by this point. If you're Minion has done well enough to distract the Fire Minion, The Fire Minion will then take out your minion with a Helephant.
Here's your chance. You have a choice(If you're confident in your Stregnth/You're not Confident in your Stregnth):
Use Amplift(Star Spell: +15% Attack)
You should be able to take out the Fire Minion at this point, and do a good ammount of damage on Volkir(Especially if you land a Critical, you should be able to do in the 3500's-5000's)
Here's where things get either slightly easier or Incredibly Hard for you.
It's preferred at this point that you bring in either a (Treasure Card):
For they will keep you healed up(Either by Life Sprites or other Healers).
It's preferred you bring in a minion since if you use let's say, Regeneration, You'll waste your Pips, And if you use a Treant Polymorph, then You won't be able to provide much damage.
Alright, now here's where things become more up to you.
-Save Pips for a Treasure Card Triton or Kraken
-Save Pips for an Absorb
If you Blade up, Be sure to use doubles and gather your Enhanced Colossus Cards(Like from your Pet).
If you save up your Pips for a Triton or Kraken, be sure to use a few Tower Shields and 1 Elemental Blade.
If you Absorb, be sure to begin following up with either #1 or #2.
Finally, you should have things in control.
If you do enough damage with a few Colossus Cards and a TC Triton/Kraken, you'll be fine. If you run out of Enhanced Colossus Cards, resort to Frost giants(Be sure to simplify them or reduce them by 2 Pips to make them quicker to use).
You should have Volkir pinned down in no time flat.
Volkir Will Cheat- If you use a Blade or Shield or Trap or Weakness, He will use Hex on anyone who uses them.
Do Not Polymorph- Don't even bother with a Storm Polymorph. All his attacks will be boosted on you, and you will have overall lowered health.
Nobody can Port to you- Don't try asking someone to help you. It's unlikely for anyone to be able to port to you because it will say "Your Friend is Busy".
Don't Stop Trying- Trust me, I almost gave up, but once I took the right approach, I completely owned him.
Taunt/Distract/Stuns Don't work on Volkir- Yeah, just about nothing stops him from getting his claws on you...
