Thanks Flash33! It's a recurring Test Realm only NPC. Sometimes we'll add a mention in the notes if there's something specific to test using the vendor.

Definitely doesn't hurt to ask! I know we have some concerns with this idea, but I can bring it up again to the team. I'm not sure we can do it though :(.
