It's fine. I find that it made farming a lot easier with the 20% reduction in mob hp, and the spell buffs and nerfs felt appropriate, for PvE at least. Can't really speak on PvP.

Nope! Seems like they're very shatter-able. It doesn't have the no shatter icon, so almost certainly not. This might be a bug, but who knows with KI.
