This sounds like a wide variety of crash occurrences. Not brushing off the idea that some of these are the game itself, but it's always good to ensure you have the latest graphics and other drivers...

Please contact support and they will be happy to check on your account. Quite often it's simply a temporary lock to ensure your account isn't being hacked due to suspicious activity.

If it's a legitimate action, you won't get banned for simply using our system.
Unfortunately not, you will have to wait until the membership period is over. The zones aren't going anywhere, so it doesn't really make a difference if you purchase them now or later.

Thanks, we're aware of the issue and working on a resolution.
There's always a few glitches and things that just get missed in Test Realm or are the result of continued tweaks, etc. Keep reporting anything you find and we'll resolve it asap as always!
There are a few issues here we're looking into, including the inability to transfer to the shared bank.

There are new recipes in Karamelle but no new crafting quest.
Being fixed, possibly in the next update soon!
