I've been going through Wintertusk and Grizzleheim collecting different Animus, and for some reason I'm not able to collect Runed Annihilator with the "Elemental Colossus" Monstrology:

Is anyone else running into this issue? I've done a few fights now, tried the Undead Animus, but to no avail... Is this Monster no longer collectable? If so, why? @Sparck, is this a glitch? Why would this boss no longer be obtainable?
Short answer: It counts as both colossus and golem in test realm, it should be collectable again when test realm for this fall's update is done.

Sometime before this test realm began, several monsters like this were removed from the Monstrology tome in live realm. Specifically, those who were slated to be either a cyclops or a golem, such as Procyon (undead and now golem) and Pike Spiritcrusher (undead and now cyclops). Runed Annihilator is a golem, so it was removed as well. If you previously collected any animus from creatures like these when it was possible to, your animus count for them should go back to normal once this fall's update comes over to live realm.
As to why Runed Annihilator specifically is slated as a golem, I'm not sure. Runed Guardian and Runed Devestator in Hall of Valor share the same model as Runed Annihilator, and they both count as colossus and golem in test realm as well. Only the Runed Guardian is listed as a golem on the Central wiki, but it looks like it was a user observation rather than it counting for the defeated golem badge. Volcanis Golems in the Tower of the Helephant only count as colossus (despite what the name might suggest), so I doubt it's just a weird, blurred definition where some colossus-type monsters are also technically golems.
Maybe even Shane von Shane (the second one) could be collectible again, even though he is still clearly undead we can't extract him as of now.
