Seems like you were pretty lucky there - I haven't paid for a Wizard101 pack in quite some time. The fun of pack opening lost its luster for me after too many of them arrived in the game in very quick succession while Pirate101 died on the vine.Quote:

Nice lol I don't open pack often, occassional I would be tempted to open a seasonal pack like Halloween/Christmas (I still want the Angel Hair but ehhhh) and whenever I get gifted I'll open those packs too. congratulations!!! that happened to me one or two times. but i know with the Athena spell on my myth i got it the old fashioned way. I crafted it. still a little upset there is no way now to obtain new pigsie TCs. you have to get spellaments for it.

I never really understood why KI/Gamigo doesn't make the spellements for Rat Spin or Pigsie more available in game.
Or make specific packs, one that is learnable, and the other 6 being spellements of the same learned spell.
At times I feel as if the spells are so cool, that I would love to have them, but my luck on packs are non-existent, and like someone said, you usually get junk.
And for that matter, Fairy, which is universal to everyone; was never given the spellement like the others. If KI wanted people to understand the usage of spellements it seems like the perfect opportunity was missed.
