Observations from Youtube and more

I have to admit I have NOT read comments here. It's clear PVP and KI(paid folks) comments matter. It's clear who everyone is and by expanding you tubers I've not seen before, the PVP agenda is so clear...Haha as if it was not before. PVP players love this so much. There's no comments about PVE, whether player will crit heal. Also Rat beard claiming low mob/boss rates of block, players guesstimating often double what KI lies says.
@Sparck care to get Rat Beard to tell the the truth about block on high levels, Empyrea and Karamel? Tell the truth KI.

I think a critical table between all schools and all ranks of enemies (Rank 1-18+) and a separate table distinguishing between PvP and PvE would help tremendously to clarify everything
