View Full Version : Adults
LadyNightOwl 08-16-2008, 08:55 AM So, who else here is an adult? Just to be clear, I'm not asking for ages, so please don't break the forum rules and post them! Just say whether you are or are not.
I know Chaos is :p
And before anyone asks why adults are playing games like W101, etc. well, I probably wouldn't have started if my son didn't. I always play to check things out for him and help out if he needs it. ;)
Aaron 08-16-2008, 08:58 AM I'm a teen :wheelchair: I tried getting my parents to play but they don't want to  lol

It sounds like someone doesn't want to grow up, well I don't think any of us do...
Jester 08-16-2008, 11:47 AM I don't think even the adults want to grow up, me included. But to answer the OP, you may count me in the "older crowd". :20:

Master Max MacWizard 08-16-2008, 05:09 PM You Could just say that I'm a little younger than Jester. But i'm still in the older group :bye:.

Well to cheer you up. When you 18, and we are still young just don't think about us not having to pay taxes, drive everyday, go to your job/college, move out, etc.
I'm a teen, but tend to act older than I am, I have no humor. >.>

Master Max MacWizard 08-16-2008, 05:25 PM I've never said how old I am, (nor will I).... so how do you know? :)
JBecause, I'm just an age that most people call an "Older Group". Yeah I know we don't wanna get older so FAST!

Tantan 08-16-2008, 06:43 PM I'm getting closer and closer. I'm a teenager! (Is it really against forum rules to post your age? If so, why can we display our full age and date of birth on our profiles?)
Anyways, in March I'll be driving and it's the first step to becoming an adult! I'm excited and yet, NOT ready to grow up. :[

Yes it is against the rules, according to this thread (http://www.wizard101central.com/forums/announcement.php?f=10).
Sorry, I don't mean to back-seat mod or anything lol, this sort of thing kind of comes naturally after running a few of my own forums.
You do make a good point though, about showing it in the profiles.
Tantan 08-16-2008, 07:20 PM Hehe, I edited my post. :]

The main reason that we allow it to be shown in profiles and not on posts/threads, is because only members can view profiles. If we allowed everyone to post their age on threads, anyone could see those ages. The way we have it set up now, the only way you can see someone's age is to create an account, and have it ACCEPTED by the administrators. You also have the choice to hide your age, so that no one is able to view it.

Death Mage 08-27-2008, 03:55 PM I am a well older kid. close to a teen but not quite. so well i guess games like these are my passion :P. I like playing good MMORPG'S and have a desire to master them until things get boring when i do. :D
Gregoryn95 08-27-2008, 04:05 PM I'm moving in to 8th grade on Sept. 4. That restricts me to having one of 2 ages, but who cares? *laughs maniacally*
Caellisto 08-27-2008, 04:21 PM I'm an adult ahaha.

LadyNightOwl 08-28-2008, 12:08 AM Doesn't tweenager mean you're twin teens?
Is that a sarcastic question?
If it was serious: he means that he's between kid and teen.

Milkyway Catpire 09-03-2008, 04:35 PM To find out my age go on my profile. Let's just say I'm not an adult yet. :001_tongue: My mom plays FlyFF, strategetic games like W101 and TT bore her. :whistling:

kilajula 09-03-2008, 05:09 PM I'm an adult. I still live at home though. Well I suppose that's not relevant because I need someone to take care of me. I guess I'm more of a baby than anything. But I'm old enough to be considered an adult!
Jester 09-03-2008, 05:14 PM I'm an adult. I still live at home though. Well I suppose that's not relevant because I need someone to take care of me. I guess I'm more of a baby than anything. But I'm old enough to be considered an adult!
Well I'm glad you found us here! Nothing at all wrong with living at home, whatever the reason!! I wouldn't mind having my kids stay with us into adulthood.
J
Robin Poodleroni 09-03-2008, 05:46 PM I am an adult and have no kids. I just love online games. Well, games period. Besides, isn't it the adults that usually make these games?
Count me in as an adult (a closet punk rocker who probably would fail an "adult" aptitude test). I think it is because I never lost my sense of wonder.
Danielle 09-06-2008, 11:43 PM I'm a few years from being an adult >_< I wanna drive too -_-
Olivia Jadeflower 09-07-2008, 12:24 AM I'm older than dirt, was a grown up once but hated it and now I am never never going to grow up. Keep the games rolling.
Olivia Jadeflower
Death Mage 09-07-2008, 05:43 AM No way i am a adult.... I am a....what is the word....Older Kid. Lol my sis' is a teen.
Witchy1 09-14-2008, 11:31 AM I am also an "ahem" adult who plays lots of these games. I started becuz of my 7 year old, who got me into Webkinz . . . when I got bored of that game I got her into Pirates of the Caribbean, and then when I got bored with that, I saw alot of my guild members were playing Wizards (when it was still in beta). So I got my daughter into that, and we are both hooked! I guess I'd rather do this than knit . . . : ) I also work for a PC company and we make gaming PCs so I consider this "research." ; )
Speaking of adults, I'd like to join an adult guild - know of any? I am going to need help I realize later on, I'm only a lvl 10 or 11 now, and my 7 year old doesn't really get the strategy concept part of the game.
ladycop85 09-14-2008, 11:51 AM Add me to the adult list. Im a level 10 in fire school and also need help understanding the strategy.
Anyone who pays to play and would like to be friends and wants a SF code PM me.
witchypoo 09-14-2008, 12:04 PM I too am guilty of being an adult playing a childrens game. I get to play these games with my kids and we have great family time helping each other. If it weren't for games like wizard and tt each one of my 3 kids would be in another room doing their own thing on their computers. So it is a great way for us to be together. Not to mention the fact that it is really, really fun to play !!!!:14:
Cynical 09-15-2008, 09:25 AM Reading through this entire thread...more non-adults answered than adults. Need someone deleting off-topics in here!
Now, guess that makes me a "grown-up"...
LOL
On my better days I am what society considers an adult...guess it depends on your definition. I can remember many years ago, my grandmother at age 95 shaking her head at us "young-uns" saying, "Funny, in my head I still feel 17 years old...but my body just won't go!"
Djabriil 09-15-2008, 09:57 AM I'm a father of 2 children, the older is 4 1/2.
Honestly I started playing for my own. Then he saw me and played with me. Plan to let him build a new wizard just for him :24:
Witchy1 09-15-2008, 12:48 PM And I don't mean to "exclude" anyone, but I've gone to help wizards several times defeat boss characters that I've already defeated, and they get scared and flee leaving me there alone . . . I have NO PROBLEM helping anyone, that makes the games fun, but if they're too young they just don't understand what a huge waste of my time it is (like my 7 year old that doesn't really want to do quests, she just wants to buy and sell clothes. . . )
I'd just like to find an older crowd I can hang with to get stuff accomplished.
If anyone wants to join up just as true friends vs. trying to start a guild, send me a PM and we'll figure out how to get linked up and meet up in the game.

I completely understand where you're coming from!
Actually, I've been thinking about starting a guild, probably a lot like ATTA on TTC, but of course with a different name - that's where I'm getting tripped up, I'm still thinking  - and Wizard Nerd is planning to make a guild for the younger crowd.
If any of the adults here are interested in forming such a guild, maybe you all could suggest some names.
Devin 09-15-2008, 02:23 PM Adult here as well. I too started to play for the same reason as you LNO, I want to know what my kids are playing etc.. and just like toontown here my husband and I are running around with our own toons. So if anyone is ever talking to me and I seem a little off, chances are it is one of my kids even though they are not suppost to log on to my toons you know how little ones listen. :13:

I think it's more along the lines of "more adults post on Wizard101 Central." I'm sure there's a vast population of children that play the game and are either non members, or simply do not post. I don't think too many parents allow their children to post on forums.
LadyNightOwl,
I would love to join that guild. I'd rather join that then give my true friend code. Then if I become really good friends with some people, I will give them my code. Anyhow, I was going to make one the other day and tripped when it came to naming it. Hahaha. I was thinking something along the lines of "Adults in Kid Games." Or maybe "I don't wanna grow up."
LadyNightOwl 09-15-2008, 03:37 PM oh im srry that i posetd my age once, my bad
I or one of the other mods probably removed it. Yep, gotta check out the rules before posting!
*wags finger* ;)
I don't get it, it seems more adluts play a kids game than actual children!
We've given our reasons for it - what's not to get?
Some play because they like games and want to. Others want to check it out to make sure that it's really ok for their kids (like me) and if it's the latter, we just end up getting into it.
Not all games are like this for me - my son also likes Webkinz, Club Penguin, and some games in my forum arcade, but I didn't get into those much beyond watching him. Well, of course, I play the games on my forum from time to time :p But, as far as MMOGs - it's ToonTown or W101 for me.
Besides, they aren't all "kid's games" - they're family games.

Awesome! Hmm...I was thinking something "wizardy" yet no mistake that we're adults.
sdreamwalker 09-15-2008, 04:27 PM ok yes i'm an adult and a good friend with ladynightowl. How about something like senior wizards for name
Eric Stormrage 09-15-2008, 05:55 PM well....... i already have my driving permit i can say that :P
but most kids here dont realise its not jsut kids from like 7-11 and then adults supervising or having fun, but alot of teens like to play these things too. i preferrably like most mythical and medeival games, including, world of warcraft, age of conan, and i use to play runescape the year before hitting teens.
but i do act like an adult when i play lol. i dont like it when another player ruins the fun for you though, i have someone on my friends list who i go to help quest and things, the ONLY thing he has ever said is "..." and nothing else, ever.
:5: trust me, no 7 year old would like my music :\ =)

LOL! Are you kidding?
My son likes Ozzy - well, the songs I let him listen to anyway :p
Kind of funny to hear him sing "Crazy Train"
You'd be surprised. He also likes Nightwish and I can hear his "aaahhhh aaahhhh" when I play Bless the Child.
SophiaStarsong 09-15-2008, 06:42 PM I'm definitely an adult. I play World of Warcraft but that's been getting pretty boring (but the expansion is coming out in November, yay!) and I saw a commercial for W101 the other day and thought I'd check it out. It's actually really sweet and I'm totally already addicted. I don't NEED blood and guts to have fun playing a game, so this is pretty awesome. The only thing I dont like is the absurd restrictions on chat. It almost makes me feel like Im playing alone. Why make an MMO with little to zero communication, you know?
TheDeadEye 09-16-2008, 02:37 PM Without giving away my age, let's just say my first videogame console was the Atari and my first computer used cassette tapes. o.O
LadyNightOwl 09-16-2008, 03:02 PM Wow.
May I ask, why the thumbs down?
Witchy1 09-16-2008, 04:50 PM my husband plays guild wars and is SO bummed that wizards only works on a PC right now. he has a mac so isn't able to join us . . .

well, mines a little mroe "advanced" then that. im more into the metal variety :punk: (not metallica type stuff) and not so much the "old rock" as i call it lol.
but i think its pretty cool that your son is singing that stuff. i help babysit with one of my friends and his sister and they have a little boy who is jsut now able to swim and talk completely. anyway, whenever his dad or older brother whose my age play some songs which are about the same as that, he starts dancing and jumping and singing and its really cute lol.

Oops, sorry about that. My bad. Fixed. :D
Gothgirl 09-16-2008, 05:30 PM Wow adults find these kinds of games more amusing than kids. :)
OT: I wish I could my mom into this kind of stuff. I asked her to play TT and she was like no way.

OT: I wish I could my mom into this kind of stuff. I asked her to play TT and she was like no way.
I made an account for my mom. She does not seem to care though. The second beta opened I was in playing and my mom was by me watching. We had a blast. She really enjoyed watching, which is rare for her and video games. Especially if she's not playing. I think this game is good for adults because it's not so much skill intensive. Rather than having to be able to operate insane key combinations, you use the best strategy you can with cards. I wish she would play. I'd like to finally be able to play this game with someone I know in real life.

It is cute :D I like various forms of rock and metal - I just don't let my son listen to all of it :p (depends on lyrics).
Oops, sorry about that. My bad. Fixed. :D
Thank you! :D

No one here said they don't also enjoy "adult games." Now when you say adult I hope you don't mean anything inappropriate. Because that is something I do not enjoy. But more adult oriented games I do play. I could write a list. But that doesn't have much to do with Wizard*101*. We're allowed to enjoy "children's" games too! And as LadyNightOwl already said, it's a family game, not a kids game. There are so many references no child would understand.
MorganaLaFaye 09-16-2008, 07:46 PM I am also in the "forever young" catagory. I started to play this because it looked like a fun way to spend the evening with my two girls. My fiancee plays WOW and the girls always thought it looked cool but they were both too young to try it themselves. I did some google searches one night and found Wiz 101 in beta before the first wipe. The rest as they say is history. All four of us are now addicted and play all the time! I am grateful to have a safe fun game that we can all enjoy together. (yes we all play each on a separeate computer at the same time) My kids think I'm cool because I play video games with them. So thanks to Wiz 101 I am cool and still a kid at heart!
:5:
Lady Cat 09-16-2008, 10:19 PM daddywizard i too fall into the young at heart only group.I enjoy "this kid game" and Toontown too,got started trying to find a game for my daughter and got hooked too.thats my tale and im sticking to it!:lol2:

How you not know if we play Adult games, and they play Adult games? :p
The good thing is the Adults that play kids game, are kids in the heart. :)
magik82 06-18-2009, 05:07 PM I am an Adult and my oldest is 16. My kids all play wizard101 but no I am not a senior! My kids love that I play the game with them! So they even let me drop them off at school. (sometimes!) ;) A few times I have been in a battle with another adult and they let a friend join. Well there're friend is a kid and the kid flee's and we get stuck with even more monsters. I'm not trying to say "Kids don't play with other adults!"
All I'm saying is as an adult we kinda get frusterated playing with kids!!
Oh in case you were wondering why I have a pokemon signature I share this acount with my kids!!

Ian Silverflame 06-18-2009, 10:29 PM Told my daughter the other day that her name was mud....she asked what that made me...told her that made me water and her mother dirt...
She asked how old that made me and I said.."the earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep"...since the deep is water, guess I'm REAL old.
All that just to say, I'm an adult. :)
Tinkerbell 06-18-2009, 11:00 PM older than your average bear :p

semore 07-12-2009, 05:03 PM Yeah, that's it.. I play Wizard to, um... what was that again? Oh yeah, to check it out for my kids. ;)
Actually my kids started playing ToonTown and I joined them there. I found out there are a lot of adults playing ToonTown and started making friends. A friend of a friend started playing here and when I heard about it I came to investigate, um... for my kids. I would never play just for the fun of it... *cough* *cough*
Please add me as an adicted... I mean... adult player of Wizard101.
Semore
P.S. In ToonTown I am Semore Gearsfly
Ditto to what Semore just posted. I only play so that I can stay on top of what my Daughters are doing - LOL:jap:

Lucidity 07-12-2009, 07:14 PM When I was a kid,
My favorite record was a 45 cut out of the back of a cereal box, the group? The Jackson Five.
I watched the Watergate Hearings on a Black and White Television. There were no color tv sets yet.
The Beatles were the biggest thing happening
Closest thing we had to Wiz101, was donning cardboard armor, garbage can lid shields and the ever powerful 100% wooden sword!
Failing that, there was Cowboys and Indians, Cops and Robbers, etc.
Am I an Adult? So says the almighty calendar, sigh... :wheelchair:

Rebbecca LegendCaster 07-12-2009, 07:30 PM ROFL, this is quite a fun little forum, however with some of your posts I question whether you are adults or not. LOL :clown:
Ok who am I to talk right? Just another Adult and a kid at heart. Hehe but I'm not as old as Lucidity not even close, ROFL. :funny:

GrimJahk 07-13-2009, 03:06 PM Adult here, LONG time Gamer, I was asked to check it out for a buddy who was wondering if it would be a good game for he and his daughter to play together.
Now I'm a subscriber and I really enjoy it.
Curious Luke 07-13-2009, 09:02 PM not even a teen yet. I still get this from some neighbors without kids whenever the ball for kickball might go onto their lawn or for hockey. Someone today asked if I was using their garage as a backborad I chuckled thinking she was kidding then she gives me this :nono: I am like no... not gonna be a kid for long though it has its ups and downs... But kids get the better end of the deal.
ArchAngel 07-13-2009, 09:37 PM Adult here, long time gamer (since the original Duke Nukem!) I don't normally go for MMOs, but I kept seeing it on TV, did the trial and was hooked! Probably the simplistic draw of it; I need somewhere to unwind after working 50-65 hours/week. This has enough of a storyline to get involved in, yet the interface is easy enough not to have to memorize 40 hotkey combinations.

Hear! Hear! Very much the same reasoning for me. Although I was dragged into the Trial by my Nephews and later my son joined in the fun. Funny thing is the nephews have wandered off to other games, my son plays occasionally. But I am the one really enjoying the game, despite some of the issues still lurking. I also work the 50-60 hour per week grind, Wiz101 affords me the ability to play the game, while watching my favorite shows/movies and not have to commit outrageous amounts of time. Yay! For easy multi-tasking!
wrangler731 07-13-2009, 11:07 PM I'm an oldie but goodie, lol! My son started playing first and then i did and loved it. It fits my Wiccan beliefs so I am all for it!
Magick is phenomenal!

Icy Wiz 07-13-2009, 11:27 PM I am well above voting age, but not ready for the nursing home.
Having a big birthday in September, one that ends on a zero.
But, as I like so say, I may get older but I refuse to grow up! My son got me into this. Same reason as stated above,
I wanted to check it out and be sure it was OK for him and I go hooked.
Angeleyes 07-17-2009, 09:24 AM I am a adult that has got hooked on playing wizard 101 my daughter was playing and of course needed my help then its history I cant seem to stop playing...nice to hear there is a lot more out there than me playing we are all kid's at heart...:wootrock: LOL...
Broooklyn 07-19-2009, 03:08 PM I'm an adult, and I proudly say that I play the game simply because it entertains me. I have always enjoyed the concept of wizards, be it via gaming, books, movies, et al. I have no children, and when I first heard about this game just before closed beta started, I knew I would love it.
Now, if only LadyNightOwl would re-open the process of being able to join her "Wizened Wizards" social group, I would be a happy Wizard! =)
Freedom 07-19-2009, 03:10 PM o. o
i dont wanna be an adult

murderofcrows 07-19-2009, 03:53 PM Add one more adult
Ghostrider 07-19-2009, 04:10 PM Adult here. Been PC gamer since Commodore VIC-20. Been console gamer since Atari 2600. Rock on!
Victoria Silver 07-20-2009, 12:54 AM I'm definitely an adult too. I've played just about every MMO out there, as well, but since I have been between games for a while, I thought I would try this one, and have been really liking it! Definitely a breath of fresh air.
spaminthehat 07-20-2009, 02:25 AM I am a adult and a mother. My little one is still to young to play but maybe soon. I started computer games with everquest but i did have all my game systems as a kid as well. Then after everquest i had a hard time playing a game and have time with a toddler as well. After a stupid run of toontown(what was I thinking) I found wizard 101 and i have been a happy camper ever since.
Gabrielle Wyrmweaver 07-20-2009, 08:56 AM I'm an adult as well. I started playing W101 as a lighter alternative to World of Warcraft. I just got bored with WoW, and decided to play W101 until my interest in WoW was rekindled. But then I got hooked. So I'm still here :P
AutumnNight 07-20-2009, 09:39 AM I am an adult as well, but a kid at heart! I'm the mother of a teenage daughter. She's the one that got me into W101 and I've been addicted ever since! I've played many other online games, but there's just something about W101 that takes the stress of work away. :cool3:
Outrageous Autumn 07-20-2009, 11:31 AM I've never posted here, lol.
Adult and mom here.
My kids and I found wizards through a Toontown friend, and started during beta and have accumulated 3 full accounts. Not one spot left, lol.
Could not wait to leave Toontown, and have had fun and met such nice players here. (Then come to find out, tons of TT friends were here too!)
I cannot say how much I enjoy playing in my quiet time, to just relax.
Noah Flame 07-21-2009, 05:34 AM I am and like you I started because of my child (daughter) she showed me the game. I like the game but have a lot to learn with her. We started about 3 weeks ago. currently I'm a level 22. If you see me around your more than welcome to add me if you wish.
Noah Flame
Autumn WildFlower 07-21-2009, 06:30 AM Errr...let's just say I'm older than dirt and I got my grandkids addicted to this game. :D I have yet to run into another adult on the game but I'm still enjoying the heck out of myself every time I play.
lilwacky79 07-21-2009, 11:24 AM President! Lol, back in the day when we were in grade school and the teacher took attendance, you always had somebody who never said here or present, but president. Guess that's my little inside joke saying that yes I am an adult and older mother of a newborn son (whew). I waited until I was ancient to have my first child. I have been playing video games since forever and watching cartoons since the dawn of time. I got hooked to pc games when first testing all of The Sims and started playing internet games when the first Flo's Diner came out. I saw ToonTown last year and played it until I was bored ( yes, I understand everyone here who has played it). Now, that my son is almost a year, I decided to try W101 and I have found a new home. I didn't really talk to people on ToonTown because the kids there were just to silly for me. I knew I wasnt the only adult in the world there, but hey I just stayed to myself. It's different here on W101. It's like you just know that there are other adults lurking behind the mask of a student wizard. I was right and here I am! So, I am here saying to all you other Nicholas Flamels ( inside joke from the first Harry Potter), Hi, I am Autumn Goldenflower level 27 Wizard currently a student of Ice Magic.:rpg031::greensmilies-021::ice2:
BWildheart 07-21-2009, 11:34 AM Maybe the adults can organize some group quests. I have a L31 that is working through Newgate Prison on Marleybone. Would be up for helping someone else out or being helped, later in the night after the kids are abed.
Noah Flame 07-21-2009, 06:02 PM Autumn WildFlower
Older than dirt......hahahahaa well your right that is pretty old what was it like before the dirt hahahhaa (just playing). Anyway I'm old enough to have grandchildren but like lilwacky79 I started late (just not as lat as her I think) my daughter can feed herself if she wanted. Good ventures on the new born lilwacky79. As far as (BWildheart) getting together sometime might be good to do.
Everyone have a good one.
Noah Flame 07-21-2009, 06:15 PM Well Bwildheart this lowly humble fire wizard would love any tips or help anytime.
majorair 07-22-2009, 09:22 AM Count me in.:45:
I have been an adult for some time now, and yes, I can blame my son as well for getting me hooked into this game.
On a side note, if any of you are interested in a game similar to this, but for the older croud, check out Guild Wars. My son got me hooked on that one too.
andrew deathblood 07-22-2009, 09:27 AM It sounds like someone doesn't want to grow up, well I don't think any of us do...
you DEFINITELY got that right;) i sure know i dont want to at the age of 13:D

Thank you. He is already a handful and then some. I have lost a couple of battles behind him already because he was trying to destroy the mouse to the computer. I told him when he turns one next month, it's time to start looking for a full time job. If anybody know of any great leads on companies hiring cute as a button little boys let me know!:ice2:
BWildheart 07-22-2009, 02:56 PM I have a pair of twin boys who are just under the target age for this game, but are playing just fine. One of them has no problem taking the grandmaster out and beating up on bosses. The other one needs a little more hand holding. Both prefer to play while sitting in my lap.
emeraldeyes82 07-23-2009, 11:44 PM I would definitely fit in as an adult, but I'm young at heart. lol! I found Wizard from the commercial on t.v. and only got around to checking it out about a week or so ago. I was hooked right from the start. I have two kids, neither of which are of the age to enjoy the game with me, but my older daughter loves to watch me play. =)
lizziebit02 12-20-2009, 03:32 AM ME! I am an adult. Got started by playing with daughter. I have been playing since August of this year. I have a wizard for every school, but my favorite is my Grandmaster Life Wizard. Christina MoonThistle.
meggelda 12-20-2009, 06:12 AM i'm an adult.
Lady_Kayla 12-20-2009, 12:04 PM Old in body, young in spirit ... guess that makes me an adult!
Andromeda 12-20-2009, 12:13 PM I'm a teen lol. If you haven't figured that out by my profile which says well...teen
tara940 12-20-2009, 03:22 PM Adult here. I also got started by checking the game out for my kids. Now my husband and all three children play as well as my best friend (a grandmother). It truly is a fun game for all ages.
Hambrger 12-21-2009, 07:40 AM OMG have you seen VioletS16 she is like my best friend on here and in real life but she loves Ozzy ozbourne
My bestie friiend on here and in real life her name is VioletS16 and loves OZZY OSBOURNE
lorelei 12-21-2009, 08:34 PM I'm one of the adults. I've noticed that a lot of the other adults say that they joined the game because one of their kids got them into it or they were screening it for a kid. I admit, I have no such excuse. I saw an ad for the game on some webcomic that I was reading and went OOOH! GAME?! FREE!!!! Which ended up not being so free because I got addicted and had to get a subscription in order to play the rest of my quests. I tried buying the crown route but it's much more expensive. So you know how I've enjoyed this game if a cheapskate like me is willing to pay for it. I haven't bought a game since Final Fantasy 8 came out.... Like what TEN years ago?
emiloo827 12-22-2009, 04:13 PM Well i have a driver's permit and can get a liscense soon :D that's almost "adult" eh?
I feel very old for this game...but its funnn

Lady Blade 02-21-2010, 07:36 AM Define adult. :)
If by adult you mean that a person has a million things to do such as work, clean house, take care of little ones and no time for fun then no.
However, if by adult you mean you have a million things to do such as work, clean house, and have fun with the little ones you take care of, such as run through sprinklers, play Wizard101, bake cookies..etc, then yes, I am an adult.
Although, in my case it is nieces and I just babysit every now and then but we do have fun. :)
