When I go to Emil Flameright's ring shop and want to use his flame kiln it will not work. Is this just me or is it happening to everyone too?

It is happening to every one it is a bug with the quest.

Yep. Just made it there. There where a few other ice wizards there standing around disappointed as I was.

not sure if it's bugged for everybody, but I completed that part 30 minutes after servers came up this morning and it worked fine. Maybe it got bugged out after I finished it or perhaps fire students don't have the bug. hopefully this gets fixed for everybody soon as the new spells are pretty nice.

I think the life quest is bugged as well a friend of mine is life and is having trouble getting to the oakhart tree

I had no problems with the life quest or the myth quest but heard a lot of ice wizards are upset.

awe no frost giant :( figures the update wouldn't be perfect.

Yep, I hope so too. I was all excited to get the new spell. What a let down.

SUch a cool spell in Test Realm, this happened shortly after balance had there spell fixed

what does myth, life, and fire have to do with the ice quest bug?

it was perfect on the test server... -.-' im so mad that i cant finish the quest, i killed burning hates to throw off my anger... didnt do a thing >.<

I am fire it worked perfectly for me earlier at 7 AM Western Time so I don't know

Myth because they didnt really go crazy over there spell not hitting everyone, life same as myth and there spell goes to fast. Storm because they had a quest bug to but remained calm, dont get to upst, just shows that you dont really care at all that KI even made them.

email professor Greyrose and she sais they are aware of problem,have a fix on internal test realm that they have,and will be fixing the live the realms soom time soon (didnt say exactly how soon butit didnt sound long ) .thats the word from the head of our school i have to work hope its fixed when i get home!:4:

I hope they fix it soon, i was looking SO forward to these new spells, now my buddies are running around with wraith pets and stormzillas pets. sigh oh well.

Dang, I was down today because i feel really sick, and when I saw the updater being updated (lol?) I felt better (WAY BETTER) Since i could get frost giant and change to Ice/Myth :D, but now, I am sad again lol.:52:

There is an announcement on the Wizard 101 forums that they will be doing a quick fix tonight (well, early tomorrow morning, really) that addresses this problem as well as a few other minor issues.

HEY any one i am level 44 ice and when i get to level 48 i want to know if the ice quest is easy and short? because i will be level 48 soon:ice2::balloons:

Yep, it's being fixed tonight.

Just did the Frost Giant quest over lunch (took less than an hour), and now I have a fully functional FROST GIANT SPELL!!!

WOOT!

PS - Plus you get a new little buddy (and he comes with a card!).
