you can immediately go to olde town, just walk there through the shopping district. I went there as soon as the game loaded up and i made my wizard

I believe at this time you can only buy it on one wizard per account since you won't have enough crowns to buy two. In the future you can get more crowns by donating money to the W101 site. (I believe you can)

Yes, a cash shop. If you go to the GPotato website you would see a 'Cash shop' button for the games. There you can exchange RL money on your credit card or buy a GPotato shop card at Target. For example, $50 is like 6,000 GPotatos. $20 is 2,000 and so on. You can use those GPotatos to buy your GPotato characters items to help you in game, dress up your character, buy pets, etc.
For crowns, it will work the same way. Just for Wizard 101 characters, though.
